There are a range of training videos which can help your clients learn how to use their Nimbus system.
The videos can be accessed by your Clients via the side menu bar after they login to their Portal. They are accessible by clicking on the Training menu.

If a staff member would like to view these videos, please ensure they login to the Portal as a Client using their own test or guest client login. We have also included an option to include a link to the “Setting up your Portal Login” video to your “Welcome Email” which you send to new clients. Contact Support if you wish to implement this.
We have added a video which shows How to track documents that require a signature (login to your Portal and watch the video “Business Tracking Documents for Signature”. This is only for firms who subscribe to the Nimbus Webform Checklist module.
